Bret: I do not believe that any official action has been taken to extend the deadline for the Interim Report.  At the Cairo meeting there was a request for an extension and a general acknowledgement that the initial timelines were too ambitious given the timing of the opening of the comment forum -- but no official extension or change to the dealines (to my knowledge) took place.
