Dear WLBrown, When I've tried posting on the ICANN site about any issues relating to governance they have always been rapidly removed. That's tight control. Not giving me the addresses of my fellow members - that's tight control. Issuing dozens or thousands of new TLDs and trying to bring some rationality to the cybermess, that's enlightened governance. If I see that the ICANN's rulers have decided to allow discussion, I'll contribute more to this subject. But my experience tells me that I'd better copy this and email it to you, for it will soon be obliterated. Tom Lowenhaupt
