Subject: IPv4 Scarcity in North America

                        I am looking for a factual way to determine how much of the total IPv4 space is currently allocated. I am asking this because I heard that several school districts in the L.A. area have 4 class A's. This space and others like it should be opened up. If anyone can direct me to a source that would be great. Remember this needs to be a REAL source. (ARIN's website is not much help.) TIA
