The ICANN webmaster should
give more prominence to the "off-topic forum" in his/her menus. And were the
posts the moderator removed actually moved there, as the instructions say they will
be? There is a shameful aspect to private individuals making gross sums of money
off a public resource they are supposed to be managing in trust isn't there.
Is this what is happening here? I hope not. The right to campaign is an important
part of the right to vote. I'm a late comer here. What precautions
were taken to ensure that voters didn't register more than once under different e-mail
addresses? What steps will be taken in the allocation of the new gTLDs to provide
for wide and diverse discussion?
