Ok, if I am correct, you want
to set up your web site in your own server. You also know you need an IP to have
this done.To my knowledge, there are some authority that allots IP numbers. That
is just like domain name registration. You can check out the IP authority at http://www.domainmanual.com
where you can find the IP authority. Then you can send a request to them, and hopefully
they will instruct you how to get your IP number. If you want to set up your site
in an ISP's server, they can generally give you an IP number (not every ISP
or web host will give you an IP number, many web hosting companies use only one or
two IP number for thousands of web sites). JOhn Roberts
