agreement makes clear who has responsibility |

I'm posting this to comment positively on this agreement. Although I think
the current cost to register for a domain name is negligible, I do realize that it
probably has stopped alot of people. I would guess that once prices begin
to drop, we will have more businesses on-line. Another good thing about the agreement
is that it will help make it clear who has responsibility for what in maintaining
the functions of the Internet. I think that will contribute to a perception
of increased stability and that should be good for everyone who does business within
