When this agreement first came out, I tried to become a tier 3 provider, but now
I will become a registrar so people will come to me for domain names. I think
I can do an excellent job for consumers because I have a lot more flexibility than
a big company like Network Solutions and I also will be able to give more individual
attention to each customer. I definitely support the agreement because it will
help me enhance what I am able to offer customers. Steve Davis
