Alignment of Directors' Terms
This Public Comment Forum has been established for comments and discussion about the proposal to amend ICANN's bylaws so that that the terms of Directors selected by Supporting Organizations end (and begin) at the conclusion of ICANN's Annual Meetings, rather than on 1 October. This change would align the terms of all ICANN Direcotrs (other than its President) so that new Directors are seated at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
