At LArge Membership passes 5,000? Election to follow? |

When I registered for At Large membership 10 days ago,
I was assigned member #200556. I presumed this meant I was the 556th person to register
for At Large membership. Today I note that #205784 has been issued. Does this mean
that the 5,000 members required to initiate the At Large election process has been
achieved? How has the public been notified? NOTE: I've not yet received my pin#
in the mail. When will it be sent?
