As posted, the text reads:

a. Section 1 is amended to delete
the second sentence and replace it with the following language:“Five of the At
Large members of the Initial Board, to be selected by majority vote of the At Large
members of the Initial Board, shall serve until the conclusion of the Annual Meeting
of the Corporation in 2000. The remaining four At Large members of the Initial
Board shall serve until the conclusion of the Annual Meeting of the Corporation in
2001.”

Since the initial 5 elected members won't be seated until
the conclusion of the Annual Meeting in 2000, I believe that "2000" should be replaces
by "2001" and "2001" should be replaced by "2002" Regards,
