In view of the present imbalance on the board, and the fact that the "interim" board assumed its seats after the death of Mr. Postel, I would heartily agree that the objection to the revisions regarding the At-large directors be eliminated.  The At-Large community should have a larger voice, not a lesser one.  There must be a vehicle for the election of the entire board as well as having a balance to include the at-large community on the board in sufficient numbers to achieve a balance.
