We agree with the above comments.The commitee to study
the "role of At-Large-Directors" should consist
of the 5 AT Large Directors recently
elected + the president of the
Board Of Directors, Mr. Vincent Cerf + one representative
of the U.S.
chamber of commerce.
Existing board directors are very likely to
protect their status and
should therefore NOT be included.
