If there are famous marks and a "sunrise
period", simply charge $ 10,000 or more per registration per year. Put that money
into a trust fund and operate ICANN from the interest and dividends. After all, Multinational
Corporations spend hundreds of thousands protecting and promoting their names.Also,
let's use some of those dividends to provide grants for Internet development in countries
who ARE NOT donor countries to the United Nations.
