       We are deeply sorry to declare that due to the fact
that currently there seems to be a majority within ICANNs
board of directors(BoD), who uses its public fora as a kind
of "e"-Potemkin villages to ignore and defeat the public
opinion, we will no longer participate in these fora.

We hope that our example will be followed by others and will
therefore become a clear sign of public boycott.

This boycott withdraws ICANN any legitimacy to call itself
"representative" and can statistically be proven.
