As seen with Network Solutions, we do NOT want any future TLD to be held in such
a monopoly manner. There must be a requirement that whois return a VALID date
when the domain is scheduled to expire and after 90 days from that date, it must
become public domain once again.Network Solutions is holding too many domains
in their grasp and I believe other registrars will do the same if policies about
this are not drafted.

There will also be requirements that registrars NOT be permitted to auction off
domain names, just because the payment is overdue... UNLESS that domain can be registered
on another registrar.
