If "available.com" sells for $7 million, the registrar who transfers the domain from
one user to the other could impose a small "handling fee" on the deal (maybe one
percentage of the total sale) for providing escrow services and for supporting ICANN-continuity.
This approach would ensure the proper exchange of domain names, give registrars funding
to deal with trademark conflicts, and ensure viability for ICANN in the process.
