Charge At-Large Members a
minimal, monthly fee for their At-Large Membership. I'd be happy to pay $10.00
USD each month. With 100,000 members, that's one million dollars each month.
Now, what do At-Large Members get in return? Voting power to choose all
members of ICANN's Board of Directors, voting power on policy, new domains, everything. This
solution couldn't possibly result in greater chaos than already exists!
