I would also like to extract Cerf from the list of ostriches. However, thus
far, he has settled for making decisions based on faulty input from the ICANN Staff,
and has not been at least vocal about rectifying those errant decisions. I
must stress that I feel errant decisions based on flawed staff reports have resulted
in real injustice. When real injustice is present, there should be a vocal
outcry, from the Directors, to rectify the situation. To date, with the exception
of Karl Auerbach, there has been no such outcry.
