Recommendation on Individual Name Holder Constituency |

I support the foundation of an Individual Name Owners/Holders Constituency.
Personally I would like to see a much larger number of Constituencies included within
the DNSO. I do not see the need for any reviews or investigations on how such
a Constituency may be created, rather, I see it being necessary for the DNSO and
ICANN to establish sound procedures for the acceptance of new Constituencies.
It is my personal belief that any group that can demonstrate a large enough membership
and a common interest should be given the opportunity to participate as a Constituency. Darryl
