You must direct your anger and complaints to every member on the ICANN Board Of Directors.  All of their e-mail links can be found at: http://www.icann.org/general/abouticann.htm  E-mail every one of them.  Some will respond. I don't always like what they have to say, but at least they respond.  Try all of them.  Only the ICANN Board Of Directors are empowered to do anything about your problem ... they have seen to that.  The ICANN Directors virtually control the internet.  So bug the ICANN Directors with your complaints.  They are the only ones who can do anything.  Remember, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
