There is no way to prevent some overlap between groups
of people, they tend not to fit pigeon holes or boxes very well. Whether with
businesses or organizations, certainly with individuals. Interests, qualifications,
involvements in commercial or non-commercial enterprises, overlap is going to occur.
To point out that constituencies, at large and the general assembly of the DNSO overlap
is merely acknowledging that which is a fact of life in our complex age. The
constituencies of the DNSO themselves have overlap. The only thing that can
be done about overlapping interests between the groups sited is to let the members
of each determine their own prime purpose in being in the particular group, wear
the 'hat' that applies when participating in a particular activity or forum.
