ICANN abets NSI malfeasance |

Network Solutions, Inc. (NSI) refuses to release expired domain names because they
like extorting their $300.00 (min.) fee for negotiating from those who want the expired
names. That ICANN allows NSI to do so suggests collusion among the various principles
to defraud the public. NSI's "two-year" excuse is overt prevarication and doesn't
have demonstrable basis in fact.
