Subject: NSI being uncooperative about renewal of domain name

     We have had the same domain name for the past six years, registered with Network Solutions.  When the invoice came for the next two years we tried to register with another company.  The forms were sent in, but Network Solutions was able to block the transfer.  When I tried to call them they did not answer the phone.  When I tried to eMail from their site they sent a message saying the page was not found and when I eMailed to the address shown on thier bill it was returned "user unknown".

Is this Network Solutions a real company?  Or is it some boiler room that just collects money and never does anything else?
