NSI will not release my domain names to JOKER (CORE).Here is what JOKER say about
this:
Since begin of june 2001 the registrars :
- NSI and
- register.com
are acting against the ICANN rules for transfering domains.
They explicit
NACK all transfers although they have to ACK and although
the holder is willing
to change the registrar.
In case your transfer was from one of those registrars
(NSI, register.com)
we will process your request again without charging your
credit
card again, after the problem is resolved by ICANN.
