A quick note about timing: if I'm not wrong, all At Large members registering on
the website before July, 31 will be allowed to express themselves both in the nomination
process and in the vote. However, since the nomination process runs through August,
it is not clear to me how much time will it take for these members to receive their
PIN by postal mail, so that they can effectively express an endorsement in the nomination
phase. Will ICANN ensure that all those postal letters are sent right on August,
1 and that most of them will be delivered in a few days? What does the ElCom think
about this? I'd like to start a bit of a campaign to get more members in my country,
which is currently underrepresented in At Large membership, but I would not want
it to be useless.
