"Eventually, the entire region should be served by the new RIR and the existing RIRs
must be able to propose to their customers from this region to migrate existing service
agreements to the new RIR."This sounds like a quite daunting task. Convincing
EVERYONE in a region to move? Why not just split an existing RIR?
"English is considered
the official language of the registry system."
It's good that you put that in plain
view and settled the issue.
Which continent did you guys have in mind, anyway?
There's only so many of them. And why would you create a new RIR unless you thought
that a certain area couldn't be served by an existing one?
Again, splitting existing
RIRs sounds like a better answer than creating entirely new ones, but maybe that's
just me..
