Message: 		 

        Engklish speaking Caribbean Islands have more natural economic trade and language alliances with the US and Canada than with Latin America.

Participation on lists that are conducted in Spanish or Portugese is difficult, if not impossible.

Those ccTLDs who wish to self-select an alliance with NA region should be able to do so.
