My comments are the following:1) From my point of view, since the Middle
East subregion belongs naturally, geographically and historically to the Asia continent,
it should also naturally belong to the Asia continent when it comes to ICANN's geographic
subdivision of the planet.
2) On the other hand, Africa forms one clearly
defined geographical entity(one whole continent) and one clearly defined political
entity represented by the OAU organization.
3)Trying to attach the Middle East
to the Africa Region might also lead to the question of whether the arab countries
should or should not form one Region of their own.
