It would be helpful if ICANN contemplates the utility of first properly managing the TLDs it presently deals with. Apparently there are numerous organizational contradictions within ICANN itself that have yet to be resolved. Therefore, as a matter of common sense, ICANN should leave in abeyance plans to introduce so-called "sponsored" TLDs until it demonstrates it can properly manage the existing portfolio. To do otherwise is to simply invite from the Internet community additional warranted criticism in the sense that it is apparently the case that ICANN is unable to manage itself, let alone additional top-level domains.
