        I agree with pagehowe.  If ICANN is intending on moving in a direction that engenders at least a basic sentiment of trust within the Internet Community let alone an acknowledgement of the organization's global legitimacy, it should not and cannot allow the implementation of further organizational documents which provide for the skewing of representative power towards those organizations, such as Verisign, which already have tremendous intrinsic power within the existing system and interests which do not necessarily mirror those of the Internet Community at large.

It is my feeling that ICANN should be especially vigilant in preventing large corporations from imposing their will upon the Internet Community via ICANN's own processes.
