Which is why I feel that we should properly, and should have in the first
place started from scratch. It is painfully obvious that the current IANA
is either incapable or unwilling to properly reflect the views and wishes
of those involved in this process. This is in no way meant to infer that
the current IANA is to be left out of this process, just that they are not
the appropriate organization to be drafting these by-laws.
