Re: Generic Top Level Domain .MLM Created

---------- Forwarded message ----------

Hello:

I am ariting this letter to the IANA board of directors. It has been two
days since we attempted to clarify our position with IANA. We have
received no reply. Our solicitors in Madrid are in urgent need of
communicating our legal position with respect to the top level domain
.mlm.

I believe that we have made our position clear in our email to you, and
now we would welcome IANA's fax number so that our solicitors can confirm
the same in writing.

Could one of the board kindly provide me with this fax number. i have the
address. Also, I understand IANA is associated in some way with the NSF.
It is our intention to cc the NSF on this matter. Is there an individual
there that we could advise of our position.

Again I must restate. Our claim in the .mlm tld is established and under
no circumstance do we have any interest in submitting the rights to
jurisdiction to IANA. IANA's position in our venture is irrelevant.

Time is of the essence here, could we please get an acknowledgement and
reply.

Thanking you in advance for your time
mlm.nic
