I have am customer who want to add an access list to his router.  He
only wants to allow ICA clients to be able to intake connections from
outside their lan.

He wants filter people from the outside coming into his network.  There
are various internet providers so he has no specific ip address for
these people.  He doesn't care about internal people.

Please help me A.S.A.P.
