This is only true if the eventual structure is a standard
501(c) non-profit. One of the reasons to bring in Professor
Frankel was to have expertise on-site in case other
structures were deemed preferable. At this point, nothing
precludes other structures, although the list of
possibilities is limited. I believe Karl Auerbach was going
to lead a team researching the possibilities and report
back.
