Geographical Region in Section 6

Recommend the following Geographical Regions;

	Africa
	Asia-Pacific
	Europe and Middle East
	Latin America and Caribbean
	North America
	Elsewhere

The above definition definition is better than the definition of the
gegraphical regions in the third iteration(europe;
asia/australia/pacific;south america; north america;elsewhere) because

1. Boundary of Asia-Pacific and Europe tends to be pakistan and iran
as     in APNIC-RIPE NCC and APTLD-RIPE CENTR.

2. Boundary of Latin America and Caribben and North America is 
   Mexico and USA as used in LAC-TLD and CCIRN, whereas the boundary of 
   South America and North America is not obvious.
