I argue:   "Bay Area is a logical choice while LA is not, especially
            given its recent litigation havoc. I realize that ISI and
            you are located in LA ( and personally I would want to be
            there too) but this is not where all action is. The Silly
            Valley is of course the right place for the new world body."
