I strongly object to the implementation of the Draft Documents released Aug.
24th. The structure is incomplete, and neither the articles nor the bylaws
contain provisions to support the principal of accountability.

I can only hope that some sense of responsibility is present in everyone
involved in constructing the New Organization, and that they will act
accordingly.
