We would like to see if the following change/Addition could be made


In Article 3 Section 2.

	There needs to be a statement to the effect that all meetings will be
open for observation by the public with the exception of closed sessions
as pertains to personnel or legal issues. This does not infer the right of
those
in attendance to comment unless the directors approve a public comment
period
at their discretion on a session by session basis.
