CORRECTION: The New IANA Needs Fiscal Controls

This is a correction to the text: 

"The New IANA Bylaws: Who Controls the Money?"


There is an error in this document (which I have already posted to the
IANA comments page and which has been circulated a bit as well), and
that is in the sentence: "The new version of the proposed bylaws for the
new Internet Authority will likely be submitted today to Ira Magaziner
of the White House, under the terms of the White House "White Paper"
released last January..."

In fact, the White Paper was released by the US Government on June 5,
1998, following a public comment period which began last January.
