Well, the Internet is about creating opportunity. Please cite a specific
instance where INTA and WIPO have (1) behave unethically and (2) requested
a right that does not exist in the non-cyber world. If you are going to
talk about the "globally=known mark" exclusion in the now-defunct GTLD-mou,
that entire process actually represents a narrower scope of protection than
is available in the non-cyber world. IF you are referring to soemthing
else, please identify it.
Are you that vehemently opposed to dispute resolution and registration
contacts? Why?
