5.2.1 Question 6: Escrow Deposit: ICANN's clarification needs to be done if 
there is an exception for non-US escrow companies, or data escrow is subject to 
US Patriot Act (so ONLY US companies allowed).

5.2.2 "The Securing of a suitable financial instrument is expected of a 
creditworthy institution." What is the criteria of  "creditworthy institution" 
in current economic breakdown? Should it be US based, Europe, Brazil or any of 
G8 based? Could ICANN make more precise qualifications of creditworthiness?
