Comments on the Explanatory Memoranda -- Registry-Registrar Separation
We repeat our GFAv1 comments on the subject of vertical separation, and the single registrant proposal, and our concern for how the CRAI document has entered the new gTLD process, with no discernible policy authorization by the GNSO Council, or the Board.
