Comment on Independent Objector

To whom it may concern,
Detailed requirements for independent objector left me confused. Why does ICANN 
bother introducing such kind of objection within potential group objections? 
Just like no one can make sure the complete fairness when adopting decisions, 
how could ICANN guarantee the neutrality when choosing independent objector? If 
there is any “ICANN-approved” procedure, is there any chance for outsider to 
see and discuss about it?
