Our organization is aiming to create a top-level domain .spe.
In the midde of the year 2010 SPE (Societas Privata Europaea)
will become a new legal form for companies in Europe. This new
legal form is required by the european economy for long time and
will now take shape.

The new .spe namespace should offer trusted domain names which
are verified and will enhance search engine rankings for SPE-companies.


For the 3rd Draft Applicant Guidebook we have the following comment:

Corporate identity and public image is very important for the those
companies. So they also need an adequate internet-address. But at the
cc-top-levels of for example .de, .fr, or .es  there´s not enough
space for all companies to get such an address. Too much companies
won´t get their requested domains.

We want ICANN to proceed with the introduction of new gTLDs as
communicated with the 2nd Guidebook (application window in
1st half of 2010), so that the new .spe-domains are available for the
SPE-companies in a timely manner.
