Dispute Resolution Filing Fee

 

I would like to clarify my earlier comment. If icann decides to apply the 
dispute resolution filing fee, 

as i am sure and undestand why icann will, it could force intellectual property 
holders to prospon their 

objection to a future date where they would have the funds to take legal 
action. This would mean that 

even if the applicant would win the tld.The applicant could lose it later on in 
a court of law .If the 

complainant could argue that they could not raise the money to pay the dispute 
resolution filing fee.

This uncertainty could be very harmful for the New gTLD Program.
