The following is our comment on module 6 of the New gTLD Applicant Guidebook
Version 3: Module 6:6.3 It seems that, to be accepted, the applicant forced to
surrender all his rights. There is no refund policies in case the application
rejected based on NON-applicant fault. P.p. 6.5 and 6.6 states, that in case
you are refused ICANN will keep applicant's money and applicant have no right
