AIM comments on URS and trademark clearing

Please find enclosed the comments of AIM - the European Brands Association - on
the DAG version 4.
 
Attached is a new proposal to make the URS fit for purpose (ie to prevent
crime), and comments on the currently inadequate trade mark clearing house.
