Crépin-Leblond, both of whom participated in the 
STI, have informed me that they fully support the 
statement that I submitted regarding the URS 
(http://forum.icann.org/lists/5gtld-base/msg00005.html) 
and wish to be added as signatories, both in 
their personal capacity, to that statement.
