The proponents of the new proposed constituency for not for profit
organizations and non-governmental organizations offer its support for
the Comments submitted by ALAC on 8 December 2010, posted at
http://forum.icann.org/lists/5gtld-guide/msg00039.html.  

The proponents of the new constituency for not-for-profit organizations
and non-governmental organizations previously submitted its Comments on
the proposed final Applicant Guidebook under separate cover on December
1, 2010.
