We would also like to comment on some requests that ask to modify the
scoring system at this point of the process. This obviously is an
intent by a few applicants to put themselves in a better position. For
the request to earn extra points just because an applicant has been
established earlier and has been public about that does not define
whether this applicant might be better for a certain community - nor
some other mentioned reasons.

The Board should refuse such pleas from self-interested applicants.
